The location close to beach and shops was convenient and easy. Moreover, it was just next door to the centre of the village with parking, the center and Combe Martin, which is in a stunning coastal area in North Devon.

Everything here was fine, I would definitely come back. The hotel was located near an award winning beach, Combe Martin and the surrounding areas, and an excellent restaurant easy to walk to. The location was good on Exmoor coast and the atmosphere was lovely. Plus, Hangman cliffs was at a medium distance from the venue. The downstairs bar was a delightful surprise.

I liked this hotel and didn't want to leave, recommend to family and friends. The English breakfast was the best. I booked a room with a comfy bed, coffee/tea making machines, a multi-channel TV and a radio. Amicable and thoughtful staff, gave a lot of information. The location was MAGNIFICENT, at a walking distance from a local history museum. Plus, it was just off the beach, Barnstaple and the centre.
